Appointment today..

It was a good and bad appointment today, but not incredibly unexpected.

Bad news- My cervix is shorter. They did an emergency ultrasound while I was there because of the tightening I was having. My cervix was only 2cm. So, now I am on bed rest. However, I do remember when they measured it the first time that my bladder was full AND it was an abdominal measurement, and she said that it could be shorter than the 2.5cm she was giving me. So, maybe I am fooling myself, but maybe it didn't actually go shorter. This time she did an internal measurement. At first it was 1.6cm , but then she made me hold my breath, bear down, and let go, and it went up to 2cm lol. They aren't going to do much except bed rest, and keep myself hydrated, etc. The doctor is going to the hospital tomorrow, so she said she will consult with the High risk unit to see what their input it.

Good news- I saw the babies again!! OMG were they ever funny!! Baby A is head down, and Baby B is breach, and Baby B sat there the whole time kicking Baby A in the head. Baby B is super active, while baby A is pretty relaxed. Although, baby A was stuck in this little corner getting kicked in the head, so I wouldn't be too happy or active either lol. It isn't confirmed, but Baby B mooned me, and let me see HIS goods. If it turns out to be a girl I will be kind of concerned lol. It was kind of like he was sitting on a glass table saying "Hey! Look what I have!" Baby A is still a surprise, so I will find out what it is on the 22nd. I am so in love. They are freaking adorable! The tech watched them longer than she had to because we were all laughing at them (the tech, student and me).
